1. How can I load money in my Citrus Wallet?

 

Please follow below steps to load money in your Citrus Wallet through LazyPay App:

 


    • • Select the Wallet tab available at the bottom of the home screen

    • • Click on “Load money option.

    • • Enter the amount to be loaded and click on Add.

    • • Select the mode of payment (Debit card/Net banking). Please note you cannot load wallet using a Credit Card.

    • • For card transaction, enter the card number, card validity date and CVV mentioned on back side of the card.

    • • Tap on Pay and it will prompt you to enter the OTP.

    • • Enter the OTP received on your mobile and click on Submit.

    • • For Net Banking Select the bank through which the amount is to be loaded.

    • • After selecting the preferable bank, click on Pay button.

    • • Enter your CRN Or Customer id and Password OR MPIN.

    • • Click on Secure log in.

  • • User will be able to view your updated citrus balance after loading the money.

 

Please note user can load up to maximum of INR 5000 per transaction and daily wallet incoming limit is INR 50000 which includes refunds and wallet load. 

 

2. I am unable to load money in my wallet.

 

Hey, simply upload the KYC documents and complete the verification process. Verification of KYC is done instantly on real time basis. Once confirmed, loading option will be enabled to you.

 

3. What is the loading limit

 

You can load upto Rs 1 lac in your wallet once KYC is complete.
However, please ensure you have the required transaction limit enabled at your bank’s end.

 

4. What is the daily load limit after completing KYC?

 

You can load up to maximum of INR 5000/txn and a total 50000 INR in a day. However, amount outstanding shall not exceed Rs.1,00,000/- at any point of time

 

5. How much time does it take to complete KYC?

 

KYC verification process can take upto 30 days. Please ensure that details uploaded are correct to avoid failure in KYC verification

 

6. How can I withdraw my wallet balance to my bank account?

 

Select ‘Withdraw money’ from the home screen.
Withdraw Money → Enter the amount you wish to withdraw → Select desired Bank → Enter your Bank account number and IFSC Code → Proceed
Please note you can withdraw upto Rs 25000 in one calendar month.
Withdrawals to bank account take 2 working days (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays) to reflect in your bank account.

7. How to complete KYC process?

 

    • • Tap on Take a photo to upload the front and other side of your Aadhaar card and upload it.

    • • The screen prompts you to take your Photo with a plain background.

    • • Take a photo of your own signature made on wihte Paper. Ensure that it matches with your id.

    • • Verify your Aadhaar details, edit it wherever required and then click on confirm by clicking on checkbox.

    • • A final confirmation page is displayed to verify your Aadhaar details.

    • • Once the required information is uploaded, your documents are verified.

  • • Note: Incorrect documents, photo and Signature uploaded will result in KYC verifcation failure.

 

8. Why I am not able to load money?

 

Please complete your KYC by downloading LazyPay app on Play store be able to load further or receive any cashback in your wallet.

 

9. What will be the withdrawal limit if I complete the KYC?

 

You can withdraw up to INR 5,000 in a day, INR 10,000 in a week and INR 25,000 in a month.

 

10. Why I am not able to withdraw my cashback?

 

Please complete your KYC by downloading LazyPay app on Play store to be able to load further or receive any loyalty points/ cashback in your wallet. Any loyalty points/ Cashback received into your wallet can be claimed within 7 days only.

 

11. How to check transaction status

 

Please follow below steps to check transaction statuses:

 

    • • You will be able to view your transaction details by clicking on the three dots available at the bottom of the home screen.

    • • Select Transactions.

  • • The transaction status will be displayed on your screen and for some reason if the transaction is pending, then the status will be updated on the transaction history page.

 

12. Which all merchants are available for using Citrus Wallet?

 

Currently, only the following merchants are available for using Citrus Wallet – Meru Cabs, Ridlr

 

13. What are the charges for using Citrus Wallet?
